Retail Sales Policy - ALMANZAR TRADING

This policy outlines the terms and conditions of all purchases made from ALMANZAR TRADING By completing a transaction, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms detailed below.

1. Sales Finality (No Refund/Return Policy)
All sales are final.
* ALMANZAR TRADING does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products sold, under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or incompatibility with existing equipment.
* Customers are strongly advised to verify the product specifications, features, and compatibility before completing the purchase.
* In the event a product is found to be defective upon purchase (Dead On Arrival - DOA), the item will be handled under the terms of the service warranty (Section 2), which may involve repair or replacement at the discretion of ALMANZAR TRADING.
2. Product Warranty Coverage
ALMANZAR TRADING provides distinct warranty coverage for hardware and software issues:
A. One (1) Year Service (Hardware) Warranty
* This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the hardware components of the purchased item for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
* The warranty covers parts and labor necessary to repair the hardware defect.
* If a repair is not feasible, ALMANZAR TRADING reserves the right to replace the defective product with the same or an equivalent model.
* Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt/invoice.
B. One (1) Year Software Support Warranty
* This warranty covers support for the operating system and pre-installed software for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase.
* Support includes troubleshooting, reinstallation of the original operating system, driver updates, and resolving compatibility issues related to factory settings.
* This warranty does not cover data loss, issues caused by third-party software installations, viruses/malware, or any damage caused by the customer modifying system files or configurations.
3. Warranty Exclusions (Voiding the Warranty)
The service and software warranties provided by ALMANZAR TRADING will be immediately void under the following conditions:
* Physical Damages: Any damage resulting from external impact, improper handling, misuse, or tampering with internal components. This includes bent pins, damaged circuits, or broken casing.
* Liquid/Moisture Damage: Any damage caused by contact with water, liquids, or excessive humidity.
* Fall/Impact Damage: Damage caused by the product being dropped, falling down, or sustaining other accidental impacts.
* External Factors: Damage caused by power surges, lightning, fire, natural disasters, or use of non-standard accessories/power supplies.
* Unauthorized Service: Any repair, modification, or servicing performed by anyone other than an authorized technician from ALMANZAR TRADING
4. Customer Responsibility
* Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data and software on the product before submitting it for any warranty service. ALMANZAR TRADING is not responsible for any loss of data, programs, or removable storage media.
* The customer must present the original invoice or proof of purchase when claiming warranty service. Failure to do so may result in the denial of the claim.
