Purpose:
At Alll Dat's Marketing & More, we value collaboration in bringing your vision to life. To ensure a smooth design process, please adhere to the following draft usage guidelines:
1. Drafts Are for Review Only
Drafts, mockups, and previews are for feedback and revision purposes only. They must not be used, shared, or published for commercial or promotional purposes until the final design is approved and payment is completed.
2. Unauthorized Use
Using drafts without authorization may incur a penalty fee or require immediate removal. Continued unauthorized use could lead to legal action.
3. Watermarking & Copyright
All drafts will be watermarked to protect against misuse.
Final design files will be released only after full payment.
4. Takedown & Enforcement
Unauthorized use of drafts will result in a formal takedown request. Failure to comply may lead to termination of services and legal action.

AIll Dat's Marketing & More - Payment Policy
Purpose:
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, we have established the following payment terms:
1. Logos, Digital Campaigns & Content Creation
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. Work will not commence until payment is received and confirmed. No refunds once work has started or delivered.
2. Website Development
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due before the website is handed over or launched. If the final payment is not received, the website will not be transferred, and access may be withheld.
3. Mobile App Development
A structured payment schedule will be provided at the start of the project. Payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule. Late payments will incur a fee as outlined in your contract. Failure to complete payments may result in project delays or termination.
4. General Terms
No work will begin without the required payment. All payments are final and non-refundable once work has started. Payment methods include bank transfer and other approved methods. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving drafts within the agreed timeline. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur

At Alll Dat's Marketing & More, we value and protect our creative work. This policy outlines the ownership and use of materials created by our team.
1. Ownership of Work
All logos, digital campaigns, content, websites, and mobile apps created by us remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes, including portfolios, advertisements, and case studies.
2. Websites & Mobile Apps
We retain full ownership of the source code and backend development for websites and mobile apps created by us. To transfer ownership of the source code to the client, a separate legal agreement must be signed. Without this agreement, clients receive a license to use the final product but do not own the source code.
3. Unauthorized Use & Consequences
Clients cannot resell, modify, reproduce, or claim ownership of any work without written permission. Unauthorized redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
4. Consequences of Violations
Legal Action: Unauthorized use or modification will result in immediate legal action.
Service Termination: Violations will lead to the immediate termination of all services, with no refunds issued.
License Revocation: We may revoke access to services or digital assets if ownership claims are made without a proper agreement.
Public Disclosure: We reserve the right to publicly disclose infringements and take necessary action to recover damages.
