Coverage

We ship nationally and internationally to the address provided by the customer or to authorized pickup offices.

We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All shipments include tracking numbers and are insured.

Pickup at FedEx and UPS Offices

For added security, orders may be shipped directly to FedEx or UPS offices for personal pickup.

The customer must present a valid government-issued photo ID (matching the order name) to collect the package.

Packages will not be released to third parties without prior written authorization and ID validation.

If the package is not collected within 5 business days of its arrival at the pickup location, it will be automatically returned to our office.

Any additional costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.

Delivery Times

Domestic U.S. shipments: 2 to 5 business days.

International shipments: 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, logistical delays, or force majeure.

Responsibility

Once the package is handed over to FedEx, UPS, or USPS, responsibility for transport lies with the courier service.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, a claim will be filed with the courier and followed up until resolution.

Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within the required time, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
