Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed through WhatsApp or the booking system.
Payment can be made online or at the property.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur one night’s charge.
Restaurant Policy
Table reservations are held for 15 minutes after the booked time.
Outside food & drinks are not permitted.
Please inform us of any food allergies in advance.
Day Pass Policy
Day passes are valid only for the date booked.
Access includes pool, facilities, and selected meal package.
General Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are expected to respect villa property and other guests.
