they are not tiramisus! tubs consists of GAO tea-infused cream, mochi, nut butter, crumbles and spongecake - layers that compliment each other. We use a high matcha/ hojicha powder ratio in the cream to make it super GAO and decadent to enjoy!

- best consumed within 3 days of collection/delivery for best texture and flavour
- do not freeze — this affects the texture of the mochi
Everything is made in small batches from our home kitchen ONE DAY ahead of the collection date — not mass-produced or made days in advance. This is also why quantities are limited per drop!
