* Order quantities are set as per customer's limit. (Repeat of submission is accepted, but delivery fee will be charge accordingly)

* We will not entertain other changes and questions as we are not a big team, we got no time to reply, we seek for your understanding.

* Orders are confirmed once you click "submit", no making of changes. Double check your orders before submitting. 

* Please understand that we try our best to keep the food warm, but in some circumstances the food might turned cold during long distance deliveries, we seek for your understanding.
