Chef Raymond Leong has been cooking Peranakan food for over 15 years and has put his heart and soul into perfecting and refining all his dishes! He chooses to stay true to the Penang Peranakan heritage and serves his guests authentic Penang Peranakan cuisine, the kind that your grandmother would spend all day cooking over a charcoal fire with the freshest herbs and spices!

-Half portions available (dishes that are listed twice indicates that the half portion is available). For example: Assam Fish (3-4pax) would be the half portion and Assam Fish (6-8pax) would be the full portion.
