The wine undergoes a gentle maceration, or more accurately, a whole grape fermentation, highlighting the characteristics of each vintage. It's like sipping sunshine with a twist. The pride of Czech Republic's wine scene, Milan Nestarec admittedly used to have a very deep infatuation with orange. OKR is a testament to dialing it down a notch.
