WHY THIS BOTTLE?
A lovely skin contact blend. Herbal, floral with some gooseberry, nectarine and mango notes from Sauvignon Blanc, hints of lime and minerality from the Riesling. Well textured with great acidity and some gentle funk on the finish.

We've had successful pairings with roasted pork, bò kho; so go out of the comfort zone and pair this bottle with dishes with Asian spices and darker meats!
