About Our Sourdough

Freshly baked with our homemade dark rye sourdough starter, naturally fermented for at least 8 hours for better flavour and texture.
Each sourdough is made-to-order and requires at least 2 days pre-order. Order will only be confirmed after payment is received.

Our sourdoughs are handcrafted in small batches with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
Each small loaf is approximately 450g (actual weight may vary slightly depending on flavour and toppings).

Compared to regular white loafs or soft buns, sourdough is naturally fermented, making it:

1) Easier to digest
2) More flavourful with a natural aroma
3) Softer inside with a chewy texture
4) Able to stay satisfying longer
5) Lower in added ingredients and preservatives

Best enjoyed fresh on the day of collection. If not consuming immediately, we recommend storing it in the freezer to maintain freshness.

To enjoy:
