Growing up, I realise my stomach can’t take a lot of food during sahur. Lately I’ll eat the bare minimum that will fill me up quickly and easily. Now, granolas are my go-to.
This granola is simple, but packed with flavour. Cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, all mixed in together with rolled oats, a homemade almond butter, honey, pecans and pumpkin seeds. Pair this granola with your favourite milk or yoghurt and fresh fruits!
Have the option to add Medjoul dates to your mix, for an extra boost for your day.
