Guzheng Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Period
The rental duration is 8 weeks from the date of collection/delivery.
2. Payment & Deposit
Full rental fee must be paid upfront prior to collection/delivery.
A security deposit equivalent to the value of the Guzheng will also be collected.
3. Purpose of Deposit
The deposit serves as a safeguard to ensure the instrument is properly cared for during the rental period.
4. Condition & Care
The Guzheng must be handled with care and kept in good condition throughout the rental period.
Any damages, loss, or excessive wear beyond normal use may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from the deposit.
5. Deposit Refund
The full deposit will be refunded upon return of the Guzheng, provided it is in its original condition with no damage or missing parts.
Refunds will be processed within [X] days after inspection.
6. Return Policy
The Guzheng must be returned by the agreed end date.
Late returns may incur additional rental charges.
7. Liability
The renter is responsible for the Guzheng throughout the rental period until it is safely returned.
