Grape Varietal: Amazing blend of both native Rkatsiteli with Mtsvane
Produced from native Mtsvane (“Mits - vah – nah”) blend masterly with native Rkatsiteli ("Kat - see - tel – ee") - most predominant native white grape unique only from Georgia grape unique only from Georgia in an ancient 8000yr traditional wine making methods where this natural wine is fermented with skin contacts in Qvevri vessels buried underground. Tsinandali is considered as one the of best area in Georgia for amber (or orange) wine.
Colour of orange (or amber). Complex bouquet of ripe fruits, apricot, pear and quince is mixed with citrus, tarragon and mint tones which makes the wine soft and tasty, Wine is rich with tannins that makes its body balanced.
Perfect with grilled pork, poultry, pork chops, cheese, fried fish, pineapple fried rice etc . Pairs poultry, pork (Amber or Orange wine)

Qvevri are large earthen containers buried on ground & used in fermentation of Georgian wines (a technique traditionally passed down from generations to generations within family of wine makers... )
