WAVYYSTORE Device Repair Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Scheduling
- Clients are encouraged to book repair services and schedule a repair date in advance to prevent delays or inconveniences.
2. Diagnosis Fee
- A fee of K50 will be charged for diagnosing and identifying issues with the customer’s device.
3. Warranty
- Repairs and accessories come with a 1-month warranty, which covers defects not related to human damage.
4. Liability
- WAVYYSTORE is not liable for any additional issues with the device that arise outside of the initial problems identified and reported by the customer.
5. Responsibility for Delays
- WAVYYSTORE will not be responsible for delays in the repair process if the customer has not scheduled a delivery in advance.
6. Pick-Up and Delivery
- Customers can opt for pick-up and delivery services for repair requests.
7. Issue Description
- Customers are required to provide a detailed description of how their device began to malfunction to facilitate an accurate and efficient repair process.
