When you can’t be there for an appointment, I can accompany your pet in your place and make sure they are cared for throughout the journey.
From safe transport to calm companionship at the clinic, I’ll stay with your pet, help them settle, and keep you updated along the way. I can also take note of important information from the veterinarian, including aftercare instructions, medication changes or anything else you may need to follow up on at home.
Once the appointment is over, I’ll make sure your pet gets home safely and comfortably, with their belongings, medication and instructions kept together.

• Appointment fees, medication and veterinary charges are paid separately by the owner
• Please provide your pet’s carrier, harness or other secure travel equipment where applicable
• Please share any relevant medical history, behavioural concerns and vet details beforehand
• Pets requiring emergency transport, intensive handling or procedures may need a different arrangement
• RM40 includes transport, accompaniment and up to 1 hour from pickup to return. Additional time is RM15 per 30 minutes. Parking, tolls and veterinary charges are excluded.
