Some dogs are happiest when their day still feels familiar, their own bed, their usual feeding routine, their favourite toys, and all the familiar sights and smells of home.
My in-home dog sitting visits are designed to give your dog companionship, care and a little extra attention while you’re away or busy. Every dog is different, so I adapt each visit to their personality, age and energy level.
For an energetic dog, that might mean playtime, enrichment and a toilet walk. For an older or more relaxed dog, it may simply be a gentle potter around the garden, some affection and quiet company. I follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible and give them the time and attention they need without rushing them.
I also keep an eye on the little things — whether they’re eating normally, how their energy and behaviour seem that day, and whether anything feels different from usual.
The aim is simple: for your dog to feel safe, settled and genuinely cared for while you’re away, and for you to have peace of mind knowing someone is looking out for them.
