Grown on a southwest-facing slope overlooking False Bay, on vines planted in 1981. Apricot, ginger and citrus on the nose with floral undertones and a touch of oak spice. On the palate, finely textured tannins and a pronounced saline minerality that lingers. Complex, precise, and made in only 730 bottles.
