Veg-an (pronounced "veggie an"), is a small-scale home-based business serving authentic Japanese vegan home-cooked food. Established on 15 Jan 2021, it is operated by husband and wife team Kennard and Tomoe, who are highly passionate about promoting plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle to combat climate change and improving animal welfare.

Omni Noriben

"Noriben" is an abbreviation of "Nori Bento", which means "seaweed rice box". The modern day Noriben, which includes fried fish, fried fish cake, and various side dishes, is said to have been popularised in the mid 1970s. To celebrate Earth month, we collaborated with OmniFoods to bring you the Omni Noriben, features a crispy Omni Golden Fillet, pan fried OmniLuncheon, kinpira burdock, marinated boiled spinach, and Yamakawa pickled radish from Kagoshima.
