Senna leaves are a natural laxative that stimulates bowel movements. Helps with occasional constipation relief.
Directions for use: take a few senna leaves into a small pot with water. Simmer on slow heat on the stove until water is brownish. Drain the water into cup and wait until water is cooled off. Drink less than half a cup for relief of constipation.
