Also known as Ofe Nsala, is a traditional delicacy from the southeastern region of Nigeria. The base of the soup is made with a combination of fresh fish, chicken, or assorted meats, which are simmered with a blend of authentic Nigerian spices and herbs. The soup is further enriched with a variety of vegetables, such as utazi leaves, uziza leaves.
