𖥔 How can i place an order? / When is the next bakesale happening?
Our bakesales happen via flash sales – announced on IGs, 2 to 3 days before delivery dates.
eg. mondays for wednesday, and thursdays for weekends ᵕ̈
We don’t follow a fixed bakesale schedule – our menu shifts every so often to bring you thoughtfully curated selections that reflect the mood of the season, delivered to the comfort of your home <3.
Each bakebox has runs for approximately 2 to 3 weeks, before new flavour combinations are introduced.

𖥔 What's in a bakebox?
Our weekly bakeboxes are generally curated to have 4 main items, with extras added wherever possible. Feeds 2 - 3 pax, depending on your capacities, or 1 person’s nibbles through the week :-)
*twoam(bakes) are on the heavier, intense side - do order according to your palettes & capacities
𖥔 Are your bakes vegan friendly?
Dairy and eggs are some of the main ingredients used. Our bakes are non-vegan but suitable for vegetarians!
𖥔 Are your bakes halal safe?
We are not halal-certified. While our non- alcoholic bakes do not contain pork & gelatin, please purchase them with discretion :)
𖥔 Do you do whole cakes / custom cakes?
We do not offer customisation at the moment, as we're focusing on bringing the best bakeboxes to you weekly •ᴗ•
𖥔 Allergen information
Our bakes contain trace amount of coffee to enhance and deepen certain flavours such as: chocolate, hojicha, pistachio, black sesame, pecan.

𖥔 How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of $12/location (*subject to changes)
𖥔 How long can my bakes be left out?
They can be kept outside 2hrs+ without a thermal bag.
Recommended 4hrs+ with a thermal bag.

𖥔 How does delivery work?
Our delivery window period will be from 11am-3pm for each bakesale. Bakes are sent in batches via lalamove (CAR).
Delays are a part of delivery and we appreciate your patience & understanding :-)
𖥔 DELIVERY MUST-KNOWS
Please ensure someone is available to receive the bakes within the window period.
- Should there be no one home, you are encouraged to leave a thermal bag with ice packs outside your door, and store the items in the fridge or freezer within 2 hours.
- If you are on a tight schedule, do arrange for someone to receive the items on your behalf, or opt for another bakesale instead:)
* TIMING ULTIMATELY DEPENDS ON AVAILABILITY OF DRIVERS
Our orders are sent out in batches, via Lalamove (CAR) - delays are expected to happen every so often, your kind understanding is very much appreciated :)
* LEAVE YOUR UNIT NUMBER <3
Failure to provide a unit number if any) will result in redelivery fees of ($10-$20).

𖥔 Do you offer self-collection?
Bakesales are delivery-only unless otherwise stated. Our delicious bakes will be sent straight to your doorstep for your enjoyment though the week :-)
We're located slightly out of the way and operate as a one-person team – a delivery-only system helps keep things running smoothly ━☆

⸝* STORAGE & CARE
*ALL ITEMS GENERALLY CAN BE:
- stored airtight in the freezer 2 weeks+
- the fridge tends to dry out the bakes, do so at your own discretion!
*TO ENJOY:
- do ensure all items are fully thawed at room temp before enjoying (at least 50min, depending on item)!
- our bakes are frozen prior to delivery if possible, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition while minimising delivery risks.
