This cookie holds a special place in my heart because it was made for my sister. I knew it had to be matcha, but I wanted it to be something truly unique. So, I made a brown butter and matcha swirl cookie with both Callebaut 54.5% and Velvet chocolate. It has a slightly earthy and nutty flavour, all made with a lot of love.
Cookies will be individually wrapped and heat sealed. Contains dairy, eggs, sesame and wheat.
