If you have followed us long enough, you'd know that I almost always stay away from any cheese dessert or frosting variations. But this cheesecake, created for an Aunt's birthday celebration, deserved a permanent spot on our menu. And, in true Twin Peaks style, our cakes needed to have a savoury/umami component - and that would be the Miso Caramel!
