Tasting Notes:
Crispy and fresh bubbles with a nice and elegant mousse. The scent is dominated by white flowers with a touch of vanilla and mint. The taste is fresh and full-bodied with a good crisp acid. Ideal for aperitifs, but also good for light dishes with elements of acid.
Grape Variety: 70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Chardonnay
