For next day delivery, please order before 4pm.   We are not responsible for the items after delivery.  Due to the perishable nature of items, we do not accept refunds and exchange.  During peak hours, please give us grace of 1 hour from the requested time range.  Express delivery (same day or next day only applies for ice bags)  Do note that your order is consent to our delivery guidelines.
