The town of Yirga Chefe is part of the West Dharma region, but stands out for its unique flavour and value for money. It has a rich floral aroma, a delicate acidity and an elegant sense of tea, the traditional processing method is mostly based on the washed process, but in recent years the Natural process has also been scientifically perfected. Each processing method produces distinct charateristics; the washed treatment provides a clean and bright flavour, where as the Natural process has a mellow and rich flavour, with prominent sweetness.
