🔥 WOOD FIRED NEAPOLITAN PIZZAS 🔥
Thanks for stopping by! Troika's is a little project currently operating out of a home-based kitchen In Thomson. It was born out of our love for pizza, and the never-ending search for that perfect slice.
We source for, and only use ingredients of the best quality that we can find on our pizzas, from the flour to the cheese, and toppings. All our pizzas go through a long and slow fermentation process, before being cooked in a wood-fired oven at temperatures exceeding 400C, giving them that incredible fragrance, lightness and digestibility - trust us, you'll be crushing slice after slice with ease 💦
Our Neapolitan Pizzas are 12 inches, and Teglia Romana (Roman Pan) style Pizzas are 14' by 11' per pan. The Kayan Sausages are our take on a traditional sausage from the Kayah State in Myanmar - they are made in-house with Iberico pork and a blend of spices. They are available grilled, or uncooked and vacuum packed.
