- Other Ingredients: The syrup also contains sucrose, glycerol, ethanol (6.3% v/v), peppermint oil, and preservatives (methyl, ethyl, and propyl hydroxybenzoates).

Indications
Piriton Syrup is indicated for:

- Hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis)
- Urticaria (hives)
- Angioneurotic edema
- Allergic reactions to food, drugs, or insect stings
- Itchy skin conditions and dermatitis
- Itching associated with chickenpox

Dosage Instructions
- Adults and Children Over 12 Years:
- Dosage: 10 ml (4 mg) every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
- Maximum Daily Dose: 60 ml (24 mg).

- Children Aged 6 to 12 Years:
- Dosage: 5 ml (2 mg) every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
- Maximum Daily Dose: 30 ml (12 mg).

- Children Aged 2 to 6 Years:
- Dosage: 2.5 ml (1 mg) every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
- Maximum Daily Dose: 15 ml (6 mg).

- Children Aged 1 to 2 Years:
- Dosage: 2.5 ml (1 mg) twice daily.

Administration
- Use the provided measuring spoon for accurate dosing.
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Administer the syrup slowly, ensuring the child swallows it completely.
