Decozal (xylometazoline Hcl) 0.05% Nasal Spray

Decozal Nasal Spray is a decongestant formulation containing xylometazoline hydrochloride at a concentration of 0.05%. It is commonly used to relieve nasal congestion due to various conditions, including colds, allergies, and sinusitis.

Mechanism of Action
Xylometazoline is an alpha-adrenergic agonist that works by constricting the blood vessels in the nasal passages. This vasoconstriction reduces swelling and congestion, allowing for easier breathing through the nose.

- Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
- Sinusitis
- Common cold

- Application Instructions:
1. Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.
2. Keep your head upright and insert the spray tip into one nostril.
3. Close the other nostril with a finger.
4. Breathe in gently while pressing down on the spray pump to release the medication.
