- An initial dose, followed by a second dose after 8 hours.
- Continuing with twice-daily doses (morning and evening) for the next two days, totaling six doses over three days.
- Adult Dosage: For adults and children weighing 35 kg or more, the usual dosage is 4 tablets per dose.
- Pediatric Dosage: The number of tablets for children is determined by their weight:
- 5 kg to <15 kg: 1 tablet per dose
- 15 kg to <25 kg: 2 tablets per dose
- 25 kg to <35 kg: 3 tablets per dose
