- Pediatric Patients: For children, the dosage is based on weight:
- Children under 45 kg: 8 mg/kg once daily or 4 mg/kg every 12 hours.
- Children over 45 kg: 400 mg once daily or 200 mg every 12 hours.
Capsules should be swallowed whole with a glass of water, and it is recommended to take them at the same time every day to maintain even levels in the bloodstream.
