Anusol-HC Suppositories are indicated for:

Dosage
The usual dosage for adults is:
- Standard Use: Insert 1 suppository rectally 2 to 3 times daily for up to 2 weeks.
- In More Severe Cases: Up to 3 times daily, or 2 suppositories twice daily may be used.
- Factitial Proctitis: Treatment may continue for up to 8 weeks based on response.
Administration

- Unwrap the suppository.
- Moisten the tip with a few drops of water if desired.
- Lie on your left side with your right knee bent.
- Gently insert the suppository into the rectum, pointed end first, deep enough so it does not slide back out.
- Remain lying down for a few minutes to allow absorption.
- Avoid bowel movements for at least one hour after administration.
