❗️Non-refundable on perishable item during preparation day and during collection/delivery. Refunds are not typically offered for perishable items such as food, unless the item is deemed inedible or unfit for consumption.
❗️ Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will incur no charges. For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior, a 50% refund of the total price will be issued. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date are non-refundable.
