BOAT RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rental Period: The boat must be returned by the next day after the rental date.
Damage: The customer agrees to return the boat in the same condition as received. Any damage incurred during the rental will be the customer's responsibility and may incur charges.
Cleanliness: The boat does not need to be cleaned, but the interior must be cleared of personal belongings and debris.
Return Condition: The interior should be clear of trash, and the boat should be returned in the same clean condition as when rented, excluding cleaning.
Liability: The customer assumes all risks during the rental period and agrees to operate the boat responsibly and follow safety instructions.
