Generous with tofu, tempeh, long beans, carrots, cabbage, and turnip, it’s gently simmered in a rich coconut gravy infused with lemongrass, galangal, and turmeric. Creamy, fragrant, and full of homely flavour — just like how Mak Jah makes it.
