Wasabina are a specially-cultivated Japanese brassica, with a natural, wasabi-like flavour - it is peppery, aromatic, and with no artificial flavouring.
What you can expect is the sharpness of mustard and a wasabi heat - mild at first bite, followed by a nose-tingling kick.
Not as sharp as real wasabi, but definitely exciting!
