Private Rooms
Booking Basis – Private rooms are available strictly on a booking basis only.
1) Purpose – These rooms are intended for meetings, group discussions, study sessions, workshops, and similar activities.
2) Job Interviews – If you are using a private room for job interviews and require a waiting area for applicants or guests, you must book an additional private room. Waiting in hallways or shared spaces is not permitted, to ensure a comfortable environment for all users.
3) Room Capacity – Please adhere to the room’s maximum capacity. Overcrowding is not permitted.
4) Privacy & Respect – Keep noise at a reasonable level. Doors must remain closed during use to minimize disturbance to others.
