Bhuna gosht

Pakistani Bhuna Gosht is a mutton preparation that is very popular in Pakistan. Mutton pieces slow cooked in whole spices, chopped onion and ginger garlic is later fried (bhuna) with lots of ghee and garnished with coriander.
