Heating Instructions

Our loaves and bread are always best served warm for that perfectly crispy crust and chewy, tender interior.

Sourdough Bread
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly dampen crust / wrap in aluminium foil, bake for 2-4 minutes until crisp.

Sourdough Bagels
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. wrap it loosely in aluminium foil and bake for about 5 minutes. For a crunchier crust, unwrap during the last few minutes.

Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C, wrap the bagel in aluminium foil, and heat for 5 minutes

Focaccia
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly dampen crust / wrap in foil, bake for 2-4 minutes until crisp.

Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C to 200°C. Then, place the focaccia in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until it's heated through and the crust is crispy.

Cookies
Preheat oven to 150°C. Bake for 4-6 minutes for best outer crisp and gooey, melty center.
