You Schedule a Cash Pickup. The cash is converted to a digital payment using our platform’s verified cardholders or ReadyCard (one-time use). Your utility or bill is paid online on your behalf or by you after receiving your ReadyCard number.

Flat Rate Delivery & Pickup Fees

- Same Zone (North to North, Central to Central, South to South):

$10

(Covers short local runs with gas + labor buffer. Good for quick errands or light deliveries.)

- One Zone Over (North to Central, Central to South, South to Central):

$15

- Opposite Zone (North to South, South to North):

$25

- They reflect Guam’s high gas prices (avg. $5.00+/gallon)

- They use the federal mileage standard ($0.67/mi) as a base

- They factor in runner wait time, communication, and confirmation videos

📦 1. Basic Runner Services

(Stand-in-line, food pickup, shopping assistance, errands, etc.)

DETAILS/INFORMATION OF SERVICE

- Name & address of pickup and drop-off location(s)

- Exact details of the task (what to buy, what to ask for, or where to stand in line)

TIMING

- Estimated timeframe or deadline for task

PAYMENT

- Card Payment for any items being purchased (or pay in advance directly to the business if possible) and Service Fees

💵 2. Cash-Only Services for customer's who can only pay via cash.

(Cash-to-Card, Bill Pay, In-store payments for online items, etc.)

- Company name (e.g., GPA, GTA, Amazon, Docomo, etc.)

⚠️ Important Notice – Cash Pickup Policy

When scheduling a Cash Pickup for any Middleman service, please be present and prepared at the agreed time and location.

If a Middleman Runner arrives and you are unavailable, or the agreed payment is not ready, an restrictions on current or future services will be implemented for the failed attempt.

Honesty and respect are core to our service.

AGAIN: Customers who BURN DEAL appointments, i.e. fail to show, or mislead our runners may be subject to account restrictions and will need to find another way to access services in the future.

(Sending money, documents, packages, or online orders to off-island friends or family)

- Full name, address, and contact info of off-island recipient

- Cash amount to cover total cost + service fee

- Specific task or item details (e.g., “Pay mom’s phone bill in California” or “Send groceries to my brother in the Philippines”)

- Any documents, photos, or links that need to be scanned, emailed, or printed

- Instructions for delivery or shipping (standard mail, email, courier, etc.)

- Optional: Include a short message or note if it’s a gift or care package
