Customers must pay 100% of the treatment fee, or they will not be able to book a new appointment.
*Late cancellation fee:
The fee for late cancellations is 25 ANG.
*If customers are 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and they will also be charged 50% of the treatment fee.

Appointment Guidelines for Lash Queen by Shadé
Thank you for choosing us for your lash extensions! Please take note of the following important guidelines:
*Payment: All payments must be made in cash. CASH ONLY!
*Makeup Policy: Arrive with a clean face, free of any makeup. Your lashes must be clean and free of mascara, eyeliner, eye pencil, or eyeshadow.
*Children: For safety and comfort, no children are allowed in the salon.
*Duration: Treatments last a maximum of 2 hours.
*Phone Use: Phone use is not permitted during the treatment. Please ensure your phone is on silent mode.
*Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
*Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel your appointment or fail to arrive on time, a penalty will be applied.
