How should I store dehydrated treats?
To maintain freshness, store the treats in an airtight container and a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary but can help extend the shelf life of the treats.
What is the expiry date of the treats?
As with most food items, our treats are best consumed immediately when they are at their freshest. Otherwise, they are best consumed within 3 months (refrigerated) and 6 weeks (room temperature) from the date of production.
Are the treats safe for human consumption?
We know it may be tempting because our treats look so good! While we use human-grade ingredients in all our treats, the dehydration process does not fully cook the meat to be safe for human consumption. We strongly recommend you to focus on feeding rather than eating the treats.
Do you provide delivery services?
Yes! We provide delivery in Singapore via Ninjavan. Orders above $40 will qualify for free delivery, otherwise the delivery fee is a flat rate of just $3.90.
What are the payment methods?
We accept payment via PayNow. Payment instructions will be sent to you via WhatsApp upon receiving your order. Please look out for our message.
