Q: How does in-home cat sitting work?
A: We come directly to your home to care for your cat in their own environment. This keeps their routine intact and eliminates the stress of transport or unfamiliar cattery settings.
Q: Is a Meet & Greet required before booking?
A: Yes. We conduct a mandatory initial Meet & Greet (20β30 minutes) to meet your cat, learn their specific routine, test house key/digital lock access, and review emergency instructions in person.
How are house keys collected and returned?
Complimentary Collection: Handing over keys during the initial Meet & Greet is completely free.
Digital / Lockbox: You may provide digital lock codes or key lockbox instructions during booking setup.
Extra Trips: Any separate trip required solely for key pickup or key return incurs a $10 transit fee.
Q: How will I know my cat is doing well while I'm away?
A: At the end of every visit, we send a daily photo and video update via WhatsApp, along with details on their food intake, litter status, and overall mood.
Q: What if I have more than 5 cats?
A: Standard pricing includes up to 5 cats. A small multi-cat surcharge applies for additional felines to ensure every pet gets proper attention.
Q: Do you work on Public Holidays?
A: Yes, we operate year-round! Peak dates and Public Holidays incur a small seasonal surcharge per visit.
Q: Do you handle basic home chores while I travel?
A: Yes! Only for Extended Purr-Sitter Experience visits include basic home care such as bringing in mail/packages and watering indoor plants.
