Brick red with blue tones. Fruit, cassis, chocolate tones with elegant tannins. A highly gastronomic which pairs well with fine meats or young lambs. Decant for at least 30. minutes and drink at 18°C. Food pairing: Beef entree, wild boar meat with sauteed potatoes.
