Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Payment
* Full payment is required to secure your child’s slot.
* Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
* Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. No Refund Policy
* All workshop fees paid are strictly non-refundable, regardless of absence, illness, change of plans, or withdrawal. Recording of the lesson may be provided if the centre is notified in advance.
3. Replacement / Transfer
* Workshop slots may be transferred to another student of a similar age/level, subject to prior approval and availability.
* Transfers to another workshop may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested at least 48 hours before the session.
4. Absenteeism
* No make-up classes, refunds, or credits will be provided for missed workshops.
* Workshop materials (if applicable) may be shared at the centre’s discretion.
5. Class Changes
* The centre reserves the right to reschedule, combine, or cancel workshops if minimum enrolment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.
* In such cases, a replacement session, credit, or refund will be arranged accordingly.
6. Behaviour Expectations
* Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow teacher instructions.
* The centre reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment, without refund.
7. Arrival & Dismissal
* Parents are responsible for ensuring punctual arrival and timely pick-up.
* The centre is not responsible for students outside workshop timings unless separate arrangements are made.
8. Photography / Media
* Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for internal records or marketing purposes.
* Parents who prefer their child not to appear in media materials should inform us in advance.
9. Health & Safety
* Please do not send your child if they are unwell or showing contagious symptoms.
* For workshops involving food, parents should inform us of any allergies or medical concerns beforehand.
10. General
* Workshop content, teachers, and schedules may be adjusted where necessary to ensure the best learning experience.
