Our seeded sourdough loaf is made with artisanal flour (90% bread flour, 10% wholemeal flour) as well as a range of organic nuts and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, black & white sesame, walnuts). It is wonderfully fragrant from the nuts and seeds, which add more fibre, texture and crunch to each bite.
