Our naturally leavened wholemeal sourdough is folded with cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan, then finished with a blend of aromatic herbs. As it bakes, pockets of melted cheese create savoury ribbons throughout the loaf, while the herbs add a warm, aromatic finish. Rich, comforting and perfect on its own or toasted.
