* We are committed to quality and will only release loaves that meet our standards.
* In the unlikely event that a loaf does not meet our standards, we will contact you to arrange a full refund if payment has been made, or an alternative option where possible. As sourdough requires a long natural fermentation process, a replacement loaf may not be available immediately.
