● Hojicha is made by roasting green tea leaves or stems, before turning them into tea. This Hojicha powder uses 1 picked stem green tea roasted deeply. Usually Hojicha uses leaves, but our Hojicha uses roasted stems. It’s because they have really good roasting flavor if roasted.
● Hojicha is a low-caffeine brown coloured tea. it is better choice for an after-dinner tea comapred to Matcha. Hojicha can be drunk as hot tea. It is also commonly used as an ingredient for making sweets.

● Milk: 100ml
● Ice: Add cold milk to the powder and stir well.
● Hot: Add milk to the powder, stir well, and heat in a microwave oven (500W) for 1 minute.
