Weekly Special Sourdough

Our weekly special sourdough is essentially our classic sourdough dough combined with our favourite flavour combinations and seasonal ingredients. It's made using locally sourced wheat and red millet flour and has a dark caramel crust and creamy and airy crumb. Our sourdough loaves undergo a slow 24hr fermentation to produce a bread with a delicious chewy crumb and a hint of sourness.
